4. (𝒙 − 𝟕)𝟐 + (𝒚 + 𝟒)𝟐 = 𝟒𝟐
5. 𝒙 𝟐 + 𝒚𝟐 = 𝟗

3. Find the center and radius of the circle, 𝒙𝟐 + 𝟔𝒙 + 𝒚𝟐 − 𝟐𝒚 − 𝟗𝟎 = 𝟎
