Sustainability Balanced Scorecard (SBSC) for

Facility
Management Organization

This research is being conducted as part of a PhD

programme
at University of Baghdad. For the purpose of
achieving the desired research
objectives, a structured close-ended questionnaire
was designed to gain the
views from the industry practitioners. It aims to
develop a comprehensive
Performance Measurement model for facilities
management organisations in Iraq
based on Sustainability Balanced Scorecard
(SBSC). The questionnaire consists of
three sections

First section: The participant demographics:

consists of general questions with regards to the
participant pro\le.

Second section: The Key

Performance Indictors (KPI’s): section is based on
a Likert scale question to
assesses the level to which each proposed
performance measure can be used in
the facilities management
industry to measure the performance of the
organisation.

Third section: includes

an open question for any further comments and
recommendations.
