1. Victor of the month award- Nominated by my technical lead and technical manager for completing the tasks before
deadline and excellent feedback from the client side.
2. Founder of the Rotaract Club-- Rotaract club founding member ward in the collage ,club was founded my three
members including myself in the 2nd year of my engineering for organizing cultural activities in the collage.
3. CBSE state level cicket tournamnet himachal pradesh -- I was leading the team and we won that tournament as
underdogs and i was the player of the tournament for scoring maximum runs in competition.

Statement of Purpose (SOP)

1.(ANS)--I am going for the PGDM for some reasons--
a) For personal growth.
b) For Leadership Qualities.
c) For the change in personality ,attitude.
Reasons---
1) Just to switch from coding and to move or take my carrer to the next level .
2) For carrer enhancements.
3) To work,learn with or among the like minded or bright minds.
4) To be efficient.
5) Could become capable to make Decision making in crisis.
6) Wanted to learn or get mentored or trained by sharpest minds of the country.
7) To gain qualities iike leadership ,negotiation etc.
8) To achieve my carrer goals that i have decided for next 10-15 years to come

2.(ANS)-- Many reasons for that like--

1) The Alumini network.
2) Placement & Packages.
3) Companies coming on campus are awesome.
4) It has three beautiful campuses located in nagpur, ghaziabad and hyderabad.
5) Reinforcing the ties between academic and industry (shaping, developing,managing,creating, training, mentorship in
way gap between industry and academic is breached.

8) Another thing is mentorship provided to the students.
