MEETING WITH MR. DUNG

CLIENT FEEDBACK:

 Basement talk about the structure. We have to prepare the basement as well, same way we did
the other spaces.

 1st floor:

o Remove the console between the living and the dining areas, and put 2 chairs.
o Corner chair with side table approved.
o Entrance sequence is good, but worries about the circulation to the WC if the entrance
door stays open. We need to check the entrance door design (one big door & one small
door?)
o New view looking into the shoe room.
o No console in front of the staircase, just artwork on the wall with light.
o Change and choose a good entrance table for the flower pot, put a ceiling light above.
o Staircase: keep copper for the elevator and for the handrail. Elevator volume= white
stone, stairs= white stone, the rest can stay paint.
 Personal comments: let’s think about the color of the inside of the staircase to
create contrast with the stone steps and stone elevator volume. Think of the
staircase as the connecting element throughout the whole house.

 2nd floor:
o In the bedroom: let’s only keep the swivel mechanism for the TV, no pop-up TV. We can
therefore make the custom TV cupboard lower (around 70cm).
o In the studio: keep the previous version of the console in front of the window.
o In the studio: don’t try the wooden ceiling, Mr. Dung likes the ceiling as it is now.
