INTRODUCTION OF THE PROJECT

A hotel management system is a type of proper

management system that facilitates the management
of hotel management of operations and functions;
main operations such as front office, sales, planning
and accounting. General Hotel Management software
aims to automate functions such as: -

5. Accounts receivable
6. Sales and Marketing

8. Event Management

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
The primary hotel management provides excellent
customer service and ensures customer
satisfaction. Hotels must create a welcoming and
comfortable environment for guests and provide
them with personalized services.
They must also be responsive to guest feedback
and address any complaints promptly overhead
of the hotel management and the employees
becomes less. The customer can use all those
available features easily without any restriction.
 It is very easy to use; the customer can check the
total cost of staying in the hotel easily with each
and every detail. It also manages the bill of the
customer felicitously without any mismatches.
Our proposed system has many advantages:

o FIRSTLY, we have done the planning in a

paper work regarding what have to do on the
assigned project HOTEL MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM.
o SECONDLY, we discussed our planning with
our subject teacher and then she provided
us the right path to perform the work.

o NEXT, we started our project on foot paths

of our subject teacher.

o THEN, we started our coding, coding took

around 2 and half months for completion.

o NEXT, we analyzed the mistakes done and

then we corrected them.

o THEN, we prepared the project format as

shown above.
