Role: Measurement & Drilling (M&D) Field Specialist

Location: Australia Wide

Type of contract: Contractor

Roster: FIFO – 4 weeks on x 2 weeks off

Job Description:
This role is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) of
Measurement & Drilling Services to Customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to the client’s Quality, OHSE policies and procedures.
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
• Capture field data ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action
plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Maintain the required safety training.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-
assessments, and wellsite inspections.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Reside in Australia and have the full right to live and work in Australia including offshore.
• No travel restrictions and open to relocation in Australia based on company’s requirement.
• Two-year technical degree (associate degree) is desirable.
• Must have minimum two (2) years field and offshore experience leading any M&D job.
• Ability to assist clients by providing solutions for drilling issues.
• Experience with end of well reports / client's final product delivery.
• Competency in SLB Software is desirable.
• Have valid BOSIET, MSIC, ISI and OGUK medical certificate is desirable.
• Good personnel skills, excellent in communication, highly self-motivated, competent computer
skills and ability to learn new software.
• Can work in a high-pressure, learns quickly and adapts to new problems and situations.
• Must be a team player, able to get along with individuals from other groups in the organization,
and a good communicator.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills essential.
