Job Title: HR Generalist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Compliance and Development Coordinator to join our
dynamic team. This role is pivotal in overseeing HR processes, ensuring legal compliance, and
contributing to the organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in
payroll, legal compliance, and the ability to collaborate within multicultural teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll and Legal Compliance:

• Monthly oversight of payroll and legal process accomplishments to ensure accuracy and
compliance.
• Ensure meticulous adherence to legal requirements encompassing payroll, social security, taxes,
employees’ files, and Contractors.

HR Process Support:

• Assist in establishing and refining HR processes, procedures, and policies.


• Provide support for routine HR tasks and contribute to exceptional projects.

Organizational Development:

• Actively contribute ideas and strategies to foster the development and growth of the
organization.

SHE and Data Privacy:

• Assume responsibility for Safety, Health, Environment (SHE), and data privacy within the
designated area.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and reliability.
Business Partnership:

• Collaborate as a strategic business partner with other departments and external stakeholders.

Multicultural Team Collaboration:

• Engage effectively within a multicultural team, participating in regional and/or global projects.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (e.g., psychology, industrial and
labor relationships), or equivalent work experience.

Competencies Required:

• Proven experience in managing payroll, social security, and tax-related matters.


• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate within multicultural teams on regional and/or
global projects.
