Hi Daniel,

Thanks so much for your last email. As I was reading it I became more
and more enthusiastic and it almost shocked me that you are willing to
learn my language, which I can assure you that can be a little
challenging for you to do. To be honest, I can say that the best method
for you to learn it until you come next summer is to take lessons from a
real teacher, and if you eight for this I can try and find you a good one. I
think that you’ll find the most difficult grammar and pronunciation of
the words. Here in Moldova we have a ‘broken Romanian and even if
you learn it perfectly you might not understand everybody, but I think
that with a little effort, some online lessons, and a little practice on your
own, you will make it. If you want, after 2-3 months of learning it, we
can join a Zoom and try talking to each other in Romanian.
