    I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you that my ward Zainab Amir from class 9H won’t
    be able to attend school for a week from September 3rd to September 8th due to a family
    emergency as her grandmother has taken a seriously ill and her condition requires immediate care
    and attention.

    We understand the importance of regular school attendance and academic progress, and we shall
    make every effort to minimize any disruption caused by this unforeseen situation. We will maintain
    open communication with her teachers to obtain missed assignments and materials; additionally, we
    are committed to diligently catching up on any missed classwork upon her return. Your
    understanding and support during this difficult time are greatly appreciated.
