1. Grand concrete floor to flush with the level of timber floor. Finish wall sheets
with plaster and painting. $2000
2. Supply and install new kitchen cabinets. (1.8m+0.8m+1.5m+island 2m) $7000
3. Adjust all the plumbing and electrical connections for new kitchen. $1500
4. Install and connect all the kitchen appliances, sink, powerpoints and fixtures.

5. Install tile splashback. (Supplied by owner.) $400
6. Supply and install 40mm quartz benchtop and waterfall for kitchen island. $5000
