floor and wall corner, clearing of debris and other foreign materials and must free from dust for
good adhesion of membrane for approximately 300 sqm

2.2 Supply & application of bitumen primer and 3mm granulated bituminous waterproofing
membrane for approximately 300 sqm

3.3 Provision of epoxy injection on below swimming pool surface 6,000/set not included in
total project cost

3. Concrete toping (labor)

2.1 Provision of concrete topping/plastering for approximately 300 sqm

4. Tiling works(labor)

2.1 Installation of tiles for approximately 300 sqm

Upon signing hereof, this instrument shall become a Contract of Agreement between the Contractor

and the Client, and hereby agrees to the Terms and Conditions stated herein:

• The owner/client shall secure all any permit and licenses needed in the project

• Terms of Payment

• 50% down payment before mobilization

• 50% progress billing

• Estimated Date of Completion 7-15 days

• Water & electrical consumption should be provided by the owner/client

• The owner/client shall make the site accessible for any equipment and tools to be used on site

• Quotation is valid for 30 days
