REFERENCE: LETTER OF GUARANTEE ON POLYPROPYLENE PACKAGING

In response to your request, in relation to the letter of guarantee in our

condition as suppliers for valley flour for polypropylene packaging, we allow
you to certify that:

1. The product is produced in a plant located in the city of Quito Ecuador,

stored in the area of Palmaseca Palmira and Candelaria Valle.

2. We comply with resolution 683/2012 which establishes the requirements

on Good manufacturing practices for manufacturers of packaging for contact
with food, as well as compliance with Resolution 5109/2005 Labeling and
labeling of products and raw materials for food, Resolution 4143 Maximum
limits of contaminants in food for human consumption.

3. According to the last surveillance and control visit carried out by INVIMA,
the trader is certified by BPF.

4. We are certified under ISO 9001: 2008, compliance with the requirements
of the Quality Management Systems, verified by internal and external audits
performed periodically.

In addition, we are in the process of certification in FSC 22000 at the Ecuador

plant.

5. The ingredients, additives used in manufacturing and packaging are allowed
for use in food by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration).

6. We have programs of Traceability, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance,

Metrological assurance, continuous training, Sampling and analysis plans,
Control of chemical products, Management and attention of complaints and
claims of customers, Water quality, Integrated waste management, Integrated
pest management, Solid waste management program, Cleaning and
disinfection programs; among others.
As well as the procedures for the processes, adequate methodologies for
sensory, physical, chemical and microbiological analysis.

7. We have updated Technical Data Sheets for all manufactured products.

8. We will inform in a clear and timely manner any change in the

Manufacturing process that considerably affects the characteristics of the
product established in the technical sheet.
