Dear Excellency,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. Firstly, I would like to extend our sincere gratitude for the
invaluable facilitation assistance provided by the Saudi Arabian Embassy during our recent overseas
business trip. Your support greatly contributed to the success of our mission.

However, I am writing to you today to express our recent challenges in attempting to communicate
with Mr. Khaled Ghamdi from the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call, and Guidance (MISA) and Mr.
Abdulrahman Fahad Shams, the Assistant Under Secretary of Umrah Affairs, at your esteemed
embassy.

Despite our persistent efforts over the past week to establish contact with them, we have regrettably
not received any response from either Mr. Khaled Ghamdi or Mr. Abdulrahman Fahad Shams. This
communication gap has hindered the progress of crucial matters that require immediate attention.

Considering the aforementioned circumstances, we kindly request the assistance of the Saudi Arabian
Embassy in Jakarta to convey the following matters:

1. Regarding the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Investment of

the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Indonesia Hajj Fund Management Agency (BPKH), the
Government of Indonesia insists on having the MoU signed by two Indonesian parties: the
BPKH and the Ministry of Investment of the Republic of Indonesia. This dual-signatory
requirement is essential to ensure the comprehensive and transparent implementation of the
agreement.

2. Concerning the registration of the BPKH with Nusuk Business, we seek the embassy's support
in expediting the registration process. In this regard, BPKH needs guidance and assistance to
successfully complete the registration with Nusuk Business, which is a critical step in our
collaborative efforts.

We understand the importance of these matters and their potential to enhance the bilateral relations
between our nations. Therefore, we kindly request your assistance in facilitating communication with

Mr. Khaled Ghamdi and Mr. Abdulrahman Fahad Shams and in ensuring that our concerns and
requests are appropriately addressed.

We are confident that with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we can
overcome these challenges and proceed with the necessary steps to strengthen our cooperation
further.
