To alleviate the plight of Youth Development Workers in the Philippines; 2. To fully capacitate the functions of LYDOs as provided for in the prevailing laws and rules; and 3. To shed light on certain issues and concems on the roll-out of some programs under the Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP) 2023-2028 In this regard, and upon the request of Mr. Rhondon Casas Ricafort, LPT, interim National President of LYDO Phils, all provincial, city, and municipal LYDOs are encouraged to attend the said activity.
