(Hereinafter referred to as the "Employer")

WHEREAS, the Employee has accepted employment with Cosmo Salon and acknowledges the confidential and sensitive nature of
the information that will be disclosed during the course of employment;

1. Confidentiality:
The Employee agrees that they will not, under any circumstances, disclose any confidential information about Cosmo Salon to
any third party. This includes but is not limited to client lists, business strategies, trade secrets, and any other proprietary informa-
tion.

2. Non-Compete:
The Employee agrees not to establish, operate, or be involved in any salon or similar business within a 10 km radius of Cosmo
Salon while employed by Cosmo Salon and for a period of [specify time, e.g., 2 years] after the termination of employment.

3. Non-Disclosure to Competitors:
The Employee will not share any sensitive information about Cosmo Salon with any competitor of Cosmo Salon during or after
their employment.

4. Notice of Resignation:
The Employee shall provide Cosmo Salon with written notice of their intention to resign from their position at least [specify
notice period, e.g., 30 days] before the intended date of departure.

5. Non-Compete Skills and Tricks:

The Employee acknowledges that any skills, knowledge, or tricks acquired during their employment at Cosmo Salon are the
exclusive property of Cosmo Salon and may not be used in any other salon or organization.

6. Client Non-Contact:
The Employee shall not, under any circumstances, contact or solicit any clients of Cosmo Salon for any purpose, including but
not limited to providing services outside of Cosmo Salon.

7. Legal Remedies:
In the event of any violation of the terms of this MOU, Cosmo Salon reserves the right to take legal action against the Employee,
seeking remedies available under the law.

This MOU constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings,
whether oral or written.
