First Scene

Robert: Jet, Summer and their friends are meeting up in a café to plan for their trip next week.

(Enter Jet and Summer, sit in table)(Next Enter Clyde, Lawrence & JM, Jet sees Clyde & group)

Jet: Hey guys, over here! (waves to group, group goes to table)

(Last, Enter Jamaica & Rosemary) (FG invites them to sit)

Jet: What’s up guys, how are you all?

Rose: Heyy, we’re doing good (while saying other members agree/ nod in approval) so we’re gonna plan
for our trip right?

Summer: Yeah, we will, but first we should get ourselves some drinks. Waiter! (raises hand to signal
Clarissa to come near the table)

Clarissa: Yes, may I take your orders?

(Group gives orders, one by one, Clarissa writes them down, etc.)(turn taking)

Clarissa: Is that all?

Summer: Yes, that would be all (others nod in agreement)

(Clarissa nods, leaves)

Summer: So guys, since we’ll be having a long break once this week is finished, I figured, why don’t we
go somewhere. Are there any suggestions for where you guys want to go?

JM: Let’s go to the US or Japan!

Lawrence: Noo, that’s too far, we should pick somewhere that’s near us so the travel time wouldn’t take
long.

Jamaica: What about Baguio, I hear its cold there this time of the year.

Jet: Hmm, that’s still a bit far for some of us, how about Tondaligan?

Clyde: Yeah, that’s sounds alright, right guys? (others nod & agree)

Jet: But what will we ride to get there?

Lawrence: Don’t worry about it, we can just rent a van, I know someone that can take us there, so I got
that all covered.

Rose: By the way, when do you guys w-(Clarissa interrupts, gives orders)

Friend Group: Thank you! (Clarissa leaves)

Rose: As I was saying, when and what time do you guys want to meet up? Any suggestions? (turn taking)

JM: We can do it tomorrow morning if you like.

Clyde: JM, you’re too excited… why don’t we meet up at Saturday, around 8:00 AM in the morning?

Summer: Yeah that sounds good! Are there any things you guys want to bring? Foods, drinks or
whatever?

JM: As for food, we can just order through drive-thru in McDo in the morning as we go there.

Lawrence: Everyone should bring sunscreen to avoid getting sunburnt, actually.

Jamaica: Don’t forget to bring a towel and extra clothes as well if you’re planning to swim there.

(Clyde cuts in)Clyde: Don’t forget about plastic to place your wet clothes too!
Summer: That seems to be it for now. If there’s any problems we can just talk it out in our GC. For now,
let’s just enjoy our well-deserved break.

Everyone: Yeah!

(2nd)Robert: Eventually, days passed and now it’s Saturday, everyone was present on time, except for
one

Clyde: Hey guys, who are we waiting for?

Lawrence: We’re still waiting for JM, he probably woke up late. Anyways, while we’re waiting for him, I’d
like to introduce you guys to our driver, Daryl. He’ll be the one who will take us to the beach.

Jamaica: Nice to meet you Daryl!

Clyde, Jet: Yeah, nice to meet you! (others nod)

Daryl: Hi, nice to meet you all too.

Summer: Anyways, do you gu-(JM enters)

JM: Sorry guys I’m late!

Lawrence: Hey JM, meet Daryl, our driver.

JM: Nice to meet you!

Daryl: Nice to meet you too.

Summer: Excuse me, as I was saying, do you guys have everything that you need? If not, then we can go
on a detour to buy them.

(Everybody shakes heads)

Clyde: So, what are we waiting for? Let’s goooo!!

(Scene end, change scenes)

Daryl: Hey guys, we just arrived at tondaligan beach.

(group opens door, goes out)

Lawrence: So, we should start preparing for lunch, what do you guys wanna do?

Lawrence: I’ll stay with Daryl and keep him company.

Clyde: Me and Jet will carry the drinks, Summer, and JM will get the food. How about you Rosemarie?

Rosemarie: Jamaica and I will set the tables. What do you think? (tinatanong si jamaica)

Jamaica: Sure!

(Jet sees Clyde looking at the beach)

Jet: You are excited to swim, aren’t you? (Topic control)

Clyde: Yes, I have been waiting for this for a long time (smiles)

Jet: Yeah, same. Let’s just get this over with so we can get to swim earlier.

Clyde: Yeah!
