Fifth manned mission

Apollo 11
On September 11, 2001, dramatic suicide terrorist
attacks took place in the United States: four
commercial passenger aircraft were hijacked, and
three of them were deliberately flown by the
hijackers into the two Twin Towers of the World
Trade Center in New York City.

from the Kennedy Space Center in
Florida with the three astronauts
