“Redevelopment of Training and Assessment Center for

Practical Agriculture at Rocapor's Farm Rosario, La Union”

Rationale:

For rural households to grow and be capable of earning money, networks for training

must be established. Young farmers may learn about the latest advancements in farming

methods and technology in this learning paradise. Use of safety precautions, farm tools

and equipment and various agricultural tasks are some of these activities. The major goal

of this study is to offer a general layout for a facility that can accommodate diverse

agricultural training fields. The capacity to demonstrate how farmers learn is directly

related to what they should practice is the main idea behind the design of the agricultural

training facility.

“A Proposed Public Transportation Terminal at Rosario, La Union”

Rationale:

For the public transportation network configuration to be efficient and convenient,

transportation terminals are essential facilities. It serves as one of the crucial parts of a

transportation system that transports passengers. This study's goal is to make commuters

and other users' lives easier and more comfortable. The bus and Jeep terminals ought to

live up to visitor expectations. Additionally, it might aid in improving the area by

boosting business. Through the integration of architecture, it will create an economy and

act as a set of principles for resolving problems with traffic flow, congestion, and other

issues.

“Regenerating Neighborhoods: A Proposed Sustainable Community Wellness

Center for Health and Well-being”

Rationale:

This concept investigates and puts forth a sustainable architecture solution that can

improve and rejuvenate local neighborhoods. This architectural thesis intends to address a

variety of areas of community well-being, including the physical health, mental health,

social cohesiveness, and environmental sustainability. With facilities and areas that

support physical exercise, mental health assistance, community involvement, and a

sustainable environment, the planned Community Wellness Center should act as the

neighborhood's focal point. The goal is to design a comprehensive strategy for

community development that enhances both the physical environment and the quality of

life for locals as a whole.
