Quality Manual (Quality Manual):
This document establishes the structure of the quality management system and
provides an overview of the processes and procedures used in the organization to
meet the requirements of ISO 9000. The quality manual also defines the
organization's quality policy and describes how the quality management system is
implemented and maintained.

Procedures (Procedures):
Procedures are documents that describe step by step how certain activities are
carried out within the organization. These procedures may include processes such
as document control, récord control, human resources management, supplier
management, production management, among others. Procedures detail the
specific activities that must be carried out to meet the requirements of ISO 9000
and ensure the quality of the product or service.

Instructions:
Instructions are documents that provide detailed guidance on how to perform
specific tasks within the organization. These instructions may be related to the
operation of equipment, facility maintenance, materials handling, product
inspection, among others. Instructions are important to ensure that activities are
performed consistently and in accordance with specified quality requirements.

Records (Records):
Records are documents that provide evidence that certain activities have been
carried out in accordance with established procedures and the requirements of ISO
9000. These records may include training records, internal audit records, non-
conformity records, records production control, customer complaint records,
among others. Records are important to demonstrate compliance with quality
requirements and to facilitate continuous improvement of the quality
management system.
