point (c, 0).

14. From any point on the circle x 2 + y 2 + 2 gx + 2 fy + c = 0 tangents are drawn to the circle
x 2 + y 2 + 2 gx + 2 fy + c sin 2 α + ( g 2 + f 2 ) cos 2 α = 0 . Prove that the angle between them is 2α.

15. A variable circle passes through the point of intersection O of any two straight lines and cuts off from them
portions OP and OQ such that m. OP + n. OQ is equal to unity; prove that this circle always passes
through a fixed point
