Question 1:

Background
Case 1MDB in Malaysia. A study based on Criminal Justice System.

Discuss the possible offences that has been committed in the case of PP v. DATO' SRI MOHD
NAJIB HJ ABD RAZAK [2020] CLJ JT (12). Also, outline demography other similar cases in a
historical review, within the ASEAN region.

Select one other case from another country and evaluate on the effectiveness of the outcomes of
the cases, within the Criminal Justice System of both countries.
