resources and people whose primary purpose is to improve health
◦ Health System mencakup upaya preventif, promotive, kuratif, dan
rehabilitative melalui intervensi yang disusun berdasarkan
kombinasi antara upaya kesehatan masyarakat dan piramida
fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan
◦ Suatu health system membutuhkan sumber daya manusia,
pembiayaan, informasi, sarana prasarana, transportasi,
komunikasi, dan kebijakan atau pedoman umum
◦ Strengthening health system → penguatan di semua aspek tersebut
◦ Komponen health system sangat
bervariasi, namun saling berkaitan
◦ Karena itu pendekatan berpikir
system sangat penting khususnya
dalam memahami suatu health
system. Karena dengan pendekatan
berpikir system, dapat memandang
suatu system dari berbagai sudut
pandang/aspek, dan dapat
mengidentifikasi hubungan antar
aspek tersebut

catastrophe, allocate resources, and purchases good and services in ways that improve quality, equity, and
