What do you need to do in the first couple
weeks?
• Residence permit
• Health Insurance
• NEK datasheet – Permanent Student Card
• Tax number – upload in Modulo
• Bank Account – upload in Modulo
• Scholarship contract

 Governmental Health Insurance – TAJ card
• As a Scholarship Holder you are entitled for Hungarian governmental Health Insurance called
TAJ

• You can apply by yourself at Rákóczi Square 1. at the Governmental Office, or at the International
Mentoring centre (main buliding of the University, room No.45.) – you have to make an
appointment

• You will need the following documents in 1 copies:

o Passport
o Residence permit
o Accommodation reporting form
o Active Student Status Certificate

• You will need to sign some form also,

and you will need a Scholarship Certificate
from the University

If you are from the following countries: Mongolia, Turkey, Serbia, Montenegro, Japan, Russia, China,
Moldova, Japan, Korea,
it is mandatory to submit a required form that you do not have an insurance in your country.

• Full coverage of the costs of justified medical
treatment

• 50% coverage of the costs of medicine and

therapeutic aids

• You have to be active in Neptun system, and you

have to ask it at the Student Service Office (Ady tér
