TOPIC: NIGER STATE HOUSING SCHEME

PROJECT BREIF
In regards to the recent development and changes in advanced technology and
infrastructure in different sectors in the state, for this the Niger state has deem it fit to
design and construct a housing estate for the state in order to cripple lack of housing in
the state.
By the above stated I have been commissioned by the Niger state government to
design a well standard and functional housing estate to the state government in order to
meet the housing need in the State.

CLIENT: NIGER STATE GOVERNMENT

LOCATION: LAPAI LOCAL GOVERNMENT.

PROJECT AIM
The project is aimed at designing a standard, modern and befitting housing scheme
for Niger state. Thus with adequate, good and functional circulation, basic
anthropometric and aesthetic value.

TOPIC: PROPOSED PLASTIC RECYCLING PLANT/FACTORY OGOJA, CROSS
RIVER STATE.
PROJECTS BRIEF:
Looking at the abundant presence of disposed plastic rubbers available in Niger state and
precisely Lapai town,
With the above stated I have been commissioned by Sen. David Umaru to design and
construct a well standard and functional working plastic recycling plant/factory in Lapai
for effective production of plastic.

The proposal is aimed at harmonizing architectural techniques and planning in the
provision of adequate shelter for both equipment and personnel in an attempt to create
aesthetics, comfort, and well functional plastic recycling plant/factory to effective
product production.
