SCOPE STATEMENT PURPOSE AND GOAL OF THE PROJECT

The Metal Haven Desk Organizer project aims to address the need for an efficient and

aesthetically pleasing solution to enhance workspace organization. The purpose is to create a

versatile and stylish desk organizer that incorporates a small locker-style metal cabinet, providing

a secure space for valuable items. The goal of the project is to improve overall workspace

functionality by offering designated compartments and slots for various office supplies,

project. Begin assembling the main

Continue the assembly and secure the main 3 hours

materials and start polishing them for a smooth

Conduct additional grinding and polishing to 6 hours

drilling and threading holes in the specified

areas for attachment points.

Continue drilling and threading as needed for 3 hours

assemble all well-polished materials.

After welding, polish the welded areas for a 3 hours

seamless appearance. Inspect the structure to
ensure it meets design specifications.

Start the painting process, ensuring proper 3 hours

priming and even coating for a durable finish.
Allow sufficient drying time for the paint.
Perform final inspections to confirm structural 3 hours
integrity and aesthetic quality.
Make any necessary adjustments or
corrections.
Document the completed project and prepare it
for use.
