Big Brew is a well-known milk tea shop in the municipality of Mamburao, Occidental
Mindoro. Milk tea is one of the most popular and frequently purchased beverages among
youngsters. Big Brew has a distinct blend and flavor that will delight any client. They also
serve a range of flavors and ingredients, including milk tea, iced coffee, fruit tea, praf, and
hotbrew. New generations fell in love with this product, and as a result, Big Brew saw this as
an excellent potential to increase revenue.

Milk tea refers to a variety of beverages seen in different cultures that contain some
mix of tea and milk. The term milk tea refers to both hot and cold drinks made with various
types of milk and spices.

Based on the data we gathered, we can conclude that Big Brew had a significant
impact on customers, with over 250 people visiting each day. They ensured that they adhered
to their objectives, established corporate goals, and carefully selected their target market.
Their strategic planning enables them to develop a clear direction and set high priorities.
They also identify and address their short weaknesses and strengths, and they communicate
their goals to their staff to guarantee that they perform well.

Fruit tea, iced coffee, honey peach, cookies and cream, and kape brusko are the top
five products purchased by clients because they influence their flavor, quality, and overall
pleasure with the drinks. They determine the customer’s particular wants by examining their
preferences. For example, the size of the food itself, the tapioca pearls, and the sugar content
are all factors examined by customers, some of whom are health-conscious. They provide
healthy choices to meet the evolving consumer tastes. Overall, superior ingredients help to
improve the quality and satisfaction of milk tea, which can lead to customer loyalty.

The top three products that are not available are matcha, hot chocolate, and lava. Big
Brew faces challenges in their supply chain because to factors such as restricted raw material
supply, sales that vary due to changing consumer preferences, and the difficulty in
maintaining a distinct value for their products. They overcame this by focusing on acquiring
raw materials from local suppliers.
They also provided home service delivery for the benefit of their customers, saving them
time and effort while also eliminating confusion and improving customer satisfaction by
making it more practical and convenient.

Lastly, the BIG BREW business’s actions include developing a strong brand with a
unique identity and providing satisfied customers. They also provide a pleasant environment
for customers who are waiting. They carefully select their target market. They additionally
create a website where customers may buy things online. In terms of their business
operations, they chose high-quality ingredients and equipment, as well as a strategic location
that is easily accessible and convenient for customers, and they also provide a variety of
drink types.
In terms of customer service, they focus on listening to customer feedback and providing a
consistent and high-quality experience. Finally, providing staff training is more important in
starting a milk tea business because it leads to quality drinks and meet customer’s satisfaction
and loyalty.
