Use these 2 buttons to enter grouped data. Notice the left button has (x,y) below it.
The midpoint will be in the x position and the frequency will be in the y position. To
enter a pair (midpoint with corresponding frequency) enter the value of the
midpoint. Then press the (x,y) button. The midpoint and a comma will be displayed
on the screen. Then enter the freuquency and press the “data” button. The screen
will show “DATA SET = 1”. Continue with the rest of the pairs. Use the Alpha button
as you would for raw data eg press Alpha then 4 to get the sample mean for the
grouped data.
