It is hereby notified for the information of the
general public that the 220 KV Double Circuit
Transmission Line has been planned by Goa
Electricity Department under Division IX, Tivim from
the 400/220 KV, 3 X 315 MVA PGCIL Sub-Station at
Colvale village in Bardez Taluka to the proposed
under Division IX, Tivimn shall have and exercise all
the powers conferred by Section 51 of the Indian
Electricity Act, 1910 Section 68 and Section 164 of
the Electricity Act, 2003 which the Telegraphic
Authorities possess under part III of Indian
Telegraph Act, 1885 (Section 10 of 1885) for carrying
out the scheme of said transmission line.
The members of public are advised to contact
the Bxecutive Engineer, Elect. Division-LX (EHV),
Volvonem, Tivim-Goa in case of their properties
lying along the routes of the said transmission line,
for further details.
