Background of the Study
This study would like to give a hot take on a new innovative product called
Champorado turon, a combination of two well-known snacks in the Philippines,
Turon and Champorado with cheese.

Champorado is a sweet chocolate porridge prepared with


sticky rice and chocolate tablea traditionally. It is
usually eaten as breakfast or merienda by Filipinos.

Turon is a traditional sweet banana coated in sugar and


wrapped in a spring wrapper. It is then coated in
cameralized sugar to give the outing a sweet coating.
In the modern days, people have been more creative with food and
snacks, innovating new and fresher snacks to munch on. To bring the
familiar taste of turon and champorado, this product is a new hot
take on traditional snacks that people can enjoy in just simple steps
and see if it will be accepted by the students and faculty members.
