stressors
1 school – turning assignments in on time, grades, etc.

2 Money – My family's financial situation as well as my


own, how will I pay for college, groceries... etc.

3 Architecture – This has been a primary one, it’s a


crippling type of stress.

4 Relationships – I have a lot of social anxiety, plus


a few particularly difficult relationships

5 Future – I spend a lot of time with my head in the


future instead of being present.
Warning signs
I have several warning signs. The first is
that my breath begins shortening. I also
tend to get short and snappy with
people, losing patience. During this
time, my thoughts will start racing and it
is incredibly difficult for me to be still.
Lately I have also begun to feel
nauseous, dizzy, and unable to stand.
