Company Policies
1) Quality Policy :Bluewave is keen to keep up the standard of its business program according to the
requirements of business ethics following local, and international regulations, and standards to enhance
customer satisfaction and promote the economy and livelihood. Therefore, the company is committed to
constituting, promoting, and propagating throughout the organization, a culture of quality, equality, and
continual improvement in all its business eras.

2) Drug and Alcohol Policy : The Company's Drug and Alcohol Policy applies to all personnel employed and/or
engaged by the company in offices and/or who may sail on, visit the company's vessels, owned and /or managed,
visit stakeholders' offices, and work in the office embraces.

All Company employees shall maintain a strict zero-alcohol policy during working hours. Seafarers are to
maintain Zero drug and Alcohol while serving on board. Key personnel is to declare any foreseeable period
after office hours when they will not be available for any reason to ensure that their alternate in charge will be
fully capable of taking over any crisis management.
Key personnel is Senior Management.

Safety and Environment Protection Policy : The company's one core value is to care for the environment and are
committed to its protection. Hence, it is the policy of the company in line with the principle to provide healthy and
safe working conditions and to maintain safe and pollution-free operating practices that comply with the national
and international regulations and relevant standards and guidelines (Example, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, Code of
Safe working practices, ILO, MLC, etc.)

Any violation of the required regulations will be under the sole responsibility of the individual in office and the
seafarer on board to bear the consequences of such violation.

3) Fraudulent and Disciplinary Policy: The office staff and seafarers are required to hold and possess valid and
appropriate certificates and documents as required by national and international laws and regulations to serve in the
office and on board. The employees ( Office+ on board) are required to be always sober while serving on board
regardless of rank, gender, and nationality.

If an office staff and/or seafarer is found with a fraudulent document at any time during the pre-employment check
and the entire service period, he/she shall be subjected to instant dismissal and handed over to the appropriate
authorities for legal action. In case the employee is dismissed on fraudulent /Disciplinary grounds no claim shall be
entitled.

4) Confidentiality Policy: Except as properly authorized by the Company, it is the responsibility of all Employees
to maintain the confidentiality of Proprietary information of the Company and its business era.

5) Social Media Policy


This Bluewave Shipping social media policy is intended to provide all employees both ashore and onboard
(collectively, "Employees") of the Company with its requirements on the use of social media.
Social media is a valuable, easy-to-use service and tool. However, using it in the wrong way may not only damage
business confidence in the Company and the Company's image in the global shipping and maritime industry but
could even lower confidence so far as to endanger the Company's existence. To realize that information once posted
online cannot be deleted.

Only the company-designated Media spokesperson is allowed to state any kind of Media.

It is the company's responsibility to provide a factual statement when it is deemed necessary.

General Safety Policy: The Company is committed to a policy of safety for personnel, the safety of ships, protection
of the environment, and preserving the Blue Economy. To this end, it is the policy of the Company to observe all
statutory legislation and take such additional measures as may be necessary.

7) Security Policy: Security is the responsibility of all Company personnel ashore and on board. Any person
detecting a risk to security, or a security incident shall take immediate action to notify the person in charge.
The Company will be vigilant in its efforts through its risk-based security management system to deter and detect
any security incident. If an incident does occur, the Company shall promptly respond, involving the contracting
government and client.

8) Whistle-blowing Policy: The Company is committed to high standards of ethical, moral, and legal business
conduct. To fulfill this commitment, this policy provides an avenue for all the employees (Shore & Ship) to raise
concerns and be assured that they will be protected from reprisals or victimization for whistle blowing.

This policy allows all employees to report suspected or actual occurrence(s) of illegal, unethical, or inappropriate
events (behaviors or practices) without retribution.

Harassment or victimization for reporting concerns under this policy will not be tolerated. Anyone who retaliates
against the Whistle blower will be subjected to disciplinary action, including termination from the Company.

The whistle blower’s identity will remain confidential, except for limited persons directly involved in applying this
policy. Such concerns will be reported directly to the Managing Director via email at
