Dear Mam,

I am writing this to request the use of MSU-Meranaw Cultural Heritage Center for the
celebration in founding anniversary of our Mechanical department. The event is planned on
7:30-12:00pm March 1, 2024.

The Mechanical foundation day celebration is an important event for our department
community as we honor the achievements of our own department in making it a long journey
in the college of engineering and we also want to celebrate the tribute of our very own
chairperson who had been retired. We anticipate around 120 students together with faculties
and our current chairperson.

We understand that MSU-Meranaw Cultural Heritage Center is a perfect fit for our event, as
it offers the space and amenities, we need to make the event a success. Specifically, we are
looking for a venue that has enough sitting capacity, stage lightings and a functional sound
system.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know the availability the venue as soon as
possible.
