1. Ref to the Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) scheduled for Saturday, 30 Dec 2023.

2. The timings for the PTM will be 0900 Hrs to 1030 Hrs. Certain important updates are highlighted in the
succeeding part of this circular.

3. APS DIGICAMP Interface

The APS DIGICAMP Interface is now updated for the Pre-Primary Wing. Class ICs are requested to
intimate the Parents/Guardians the necessary credentials for log-in to the interface and apprise about the
procedure to log-in into the interface.

4. Revised Fee Payment System :

Starting from the upcoming quarter (01 Jan 2024 onwards) the school fees is required to be deposited
in favour of Chairman APS No.2, Roorkee in Saving Bank Account at HDFC Bank (Branch Ganeshpur).
Henceforth, the school Fees will now be deposited through APS DIGICAMP Interface. Important Point for ready
reference as under: -

(a) The Class ICs are requested to issue fee slip for the fourth quarter (01 Jan to 31 Mar 2024) to
respective Parents/Guardians. The P/G be apprised that the previous Fee Booklet will bow be obsolete
with immediate effect from the date of this communication. Consequently, any fees deposited into the
previous school account number will not be accounted for.

(b) To streamline the fee submission process, the procedure for submitting school fees through the
APS DIGICAMP, the Class Cs are requested to fwd the handout through respective MS Teams for info
of all Parents/Guardians. The parents be advised to thoroughly review the provided information and
utilize the interface for fee submissions.

(c) It may please be noted that it is imperative on part of each Parent to submit the school fees, on
quarterly basis by 10th of first month of each quarter. Thereafter the late fee schedule will be applicable,
as per prescribed rates.

Note: In case any Parent/ Guardian need assistance, if fee payment is not successful through referred
mode, they may visit school office , during visiting hours on working days.

5. The school (except office) will remain closed for students and teaching staff for “Winter Break” from
01 Jan 2024 to 15 Jan 2024 and will reopen on Tuesday, 16 Jan 2024. The School Office Timings during
winter break will be as under:-

(a) Reporting time for Office and Other Staff : 0830 Hrs (from 01 Jan to 06 Jan 2024)
(b) Visiting Time for the Parents/Guardians : 0930 Hrs to 1130 Hrs
(c) Closure Time : 1400 Hrs

IMPORTANT

4 There will be a counselling session on the topic “Communication Difficulties affecting Academic
Development” by Mrs. Neha Tewari, a renowned speech language pathologist and audiologist, at Hazipir
Auditorium on Saturday 30 Dec 2023. All the teachers incl FS Wing will be attending the session. Relevant
details as under: -

(a) Reporting Time at Hajipir Auditorium : 1045 Hrs

(b) Session Timings : 1100 Hrs to 1300 Hrs

Note : Post session, teachers (Main Wing) will report back to school and the dispersal will be at usual time.
