1. Introduction

1.1 Purpose

The purpose of the Teacher Job Portal is to create an online platform that
connects educational institutions and welcomes all trainers to become members
by registering on the portal and avail the benefits provided by the portal.

1.2 Scope

The Teacher Job Portal will provide a user-friendly interface for both educational
institutions and trainers to register, search for job opportunities, and facilitate the
hiring process.

2. Overall Description

2.1 Product Perspective

The Teacher Job Portal will act as an intermediary platform connecting


educational institutions and trainers. It will not be responsible for the
employment contract between the institutions and trainers.

In this portal we have two Interfaces:

1. This portal is handled by Trainers those who willing to get teacher’s job from
this portal.

2. Educational institute management staff can used to hire the trainers from this
portal.

This portal is a recruitment platform, which aims to connect skilled individuals


looking for employment in the education industry as Teachers, Directors,
Principals, IT professionals, and admin staff with reputable Educational
Institutions such as Schools, Preschools, Colleges, Universities.

Teachers and institutions can register using valid email addresses. Authentication
will be secured.

Teachers can create and manage their profiles, including education, experience,

Institutions can create and manage profiles, including details about the institution
and the job vacancies.

If employee not registered yet, then they are asked to register. The registration

Teachers can search for job opportunities based on their preferences and apply
for positions.
