Motivation :
On-the-job training ( OJT ) is a practical approach to acquiring new competencies and skills needed
for a job in a real, or close to real, working environment. It is often used to learn how to use
particular tools or equipment in a live-work practice, simulated, or training environment.
Rather than showing employees presentations or giving them worksheets, they learn about the
job by doing it. This training happens at the workplace, with guidance from a supervisor, manager,
or another knowledgeable employee.
Weekly training schedule : A weekly training schedule is drawn out which shall again be rotated
after the week in order to give maximum exposure to the operators in different areas and help
them learn the fundamental requirements of each area and also develop their skills
Monitoring of Training : The monitoring responsibility of this training lies with Mr. Faisal and Mr.
Vikram .
Method of Training : The operators will be working in their shifts doing their jobs and at the same
time learning skills on the job ,that is the Beauty of on-the -job training or OJT .
Training Evaluation Method : Conducting a test on daily basis where questions will be asked and
marks will be scored against every operators name and their improvement and progress will be
tracked by keeping scores e.g
Sample questions have been framed in order to evaluate the performance of the operators
