AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

I, ROCHELLE M. BAGO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and presently

residing at No. 579 Sitio Capitan Maria, Barangay San Pioquinto, Malvar, Batangas, as
attorney-in-fact of Andy C. Bago, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, after having
been sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say that:

I am the registered owner of a parcel of land situated in Brgy. San Pioquinto,

Malvar, Batangas with total land area of 1,955 square meters, embraced in and covered
by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 056-2015000222.

Said parcel of land is not tenanted nor worked by an agricultural lessee but it is
self cultivated by the herein affiant.

I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
whatever purpose this may serve best.
