The Philippines obstacle team made an indelible mark at the 32nd Southeast Asian Games 2023,
securing an incredible four-gold sweep by winning the men's relay, women's relay, and both
individual events last May 7 at Chroy Changvar Convention Center.

The women's team, comprising Marites Nocyao, Mecca Cortizano, Milky Mae Tejares, and
Sandi Menchi Abahan, exhibited their exceptional skills and teamwork, securing a resounding
victory with a remarkable time of 33.733 seconds. Meanwhile, the men's team, led by Ahgie
Radan, Elias Tabac, Jose Mari De Castro, and Mervin Guarte, showcased their prowess and
determination, triumphing over their Malaysian counterparts with a swift time of 24.478 seconds.
