This time we want to deal paper as we move forward we can have a holistic perspective in teaching
and learning to cater to all type of learners. And so we have the theme, the learner and his environment.

What do you think of our theme? Perhaps in pur curriculum we highlight learner-centered approach
every decision that we make is really focus on the needs, abilities, interest and profiles of our learners.
And ultimately we want our learners to be self-regulated, autonomous and independent with
consideration on their environment.

Ponder on how their behavior and performance are influence by their peers, teachers, resources and
other related factors in their environment. This is only about a tip of the eyes-bird on the learner and
his environment. We will learn more as we move forward in our topic.

But before that may we have another stimulating activity. What are the two concepts being
highlighted?

What strategy do you use to achieve education for all? To address all your learners needs and abilities?

So I guess this time you have already an idea of what is to be shared by me this time.. Our goal is to
provide quality education for all learners regardless of their capacities, abilities and nature

The depertment caters diversity, from the top management, to field personnel and to the learners.
