I am extremely active and hardworking, I am flexible and am willing to help when you need me too. I can
work very well with other people. I also believe that as a leader you have to be efficent in your job which
is what I will be bring if you decide to choose me.

To be hardworking, efficient in your job, effective in what you do, respectful to other staff members,
flexible in working around other things. Generally, just being a good person and respecting others is a
very important quality to have.

How would you handle a situation where a user is being disrespectful or causing trouble? *
I would warn the user and if the user continues being disrespectful, I will give the user one final warning
and if they still don't stop, I will kick them from the server.
What steps would you take to address a user who is breaking the rules or behaving *
inappropriately?
I would try and talk to the user and give them a warning and tell them to behave properly. If they are
continuing to behave inappropriately, I would kick them from the server. If the user is purposely
attempting to e.g., enter plane and ruin the flight, they would be kicked or banned instantly depending on
how many times they have done it.
How would you approach a situation where you have a disagreement with another staff *
member?
People have disagreements all the time and I would just try to work around the disagreement and move
on from it. If it's getting to the point where they are harassing me and not letting it go and spreading
rumors etc. Then I would ban/warn depending on how bad it is.
I am extremely active, and I will also try to listen to my fellow staff members and help out in any way I
can.
How will you work towards improving the role you are applying to? *
By asking for any improvements or suggestions from the Customer Service and Cabin Crew team and
trying to be as active as possible to maybe get a promotion in the near future.
