1. The existing Monitor 22" inch (TBC) seems to have a customized stand. Concern is
whether our new 24”-inch monitor will fit with that stand or not. The existing position of
the dual screen is upside down hence we don't think customers will be allowed to re-
arrange the position with dual screen side by side since they are already used to this
position.

2. Customer has confirmed the position of the 2nos 75"inch large screen as per photo below,
MRM will discuss with BPDK & make action plan for installation work in terms of the
screen mounting bracket etc.
3. Proposed new server rack location. The new server rack location has been identified by a
customer during the site visit. 1. To confirm on the incomer supply for the server cabinet
are required 2 x UPS source + 1 x Non-UPS Source. 2. To confirm AC supply rating 110-
240AC. 3. Upstream MCB it is under customer scope? If yes, we need to know the spare
MCB rating. 4. The server location needs to have front and rear access for the cabinet.

4. Operating stations will be reduced by 1 unit at control room after the HMI upgrade from
5 units operator station to 4 units operator station. As per photo below we can see the
total number of machine operator using is 5 units with dual monitor because the Server 1,
Server 2 & DEH Server also they are used for control or monitoring since the existing
server is Tower Type. After the upgrade all the servers will be rack type and the operator
will no longer use the new server for control or monitoring since it will be in the server
cabinet. However, in our new architecture, 2 units of new operator will be introduced and
make 4 units in total. We hope the customer is already aware of this during the proposal
stage. Just for confirmation.

5. The existing Network switch’s location needs to be maintained and LAN cable to be re-
used as per discussion during handover. We will supply 2 units new switches for the HMI
O-net and to be installed at the same location as existing. The new cable will re-route
only to the new server cabinet. Hope customer also aware about this to avoid any hiccup
during site execution, this is just for information.
