Fasting can be defined as abstaining from eating, drinking and things that invalidate the fast

starting from the dawn of the sadiq until the sunset with intention. According to Islamic Relief
Australia, fasting is one of the five pillars in islam. it is one of a mandatory for all muslim. The fasting
person must be muslim, sensible, puberty and pure from menstruation and childbirth. We fast
during Ramadan in which only 29 days. Next, Ramadan is the ninth and the holiest month in islamic
calender. It is also a month that everyone compete their kindness. The month of Ramadan is when
the portals of heaven are opened for worship. Plus, the gates of hell are closed in the month of
Ramadan .After the fasting months, all the muslims celebrates Syawal which is Hari Raya Aidiladha
together. Next, we know that all the things that we do must have their own benefits either in
spiritual or our healthy.

greater rewards. It is because Ramadhan is a month where muslims can do their kindness as much as
they can. Plus, the reward that we get in Ramadhan is double than other month. Since all muslim
fasting, there is many free time that they have compared to the other month. They can replace their
eating time for instance breakfast and lunch time with recite al-quran, zikr, join or watch religious
talk and the other good things. With this activities, they can increase their taqwa and faith towards
their creator which is believing in Allah. Joining a good things can avoid us from negative vibes and
doing the bad things.

After that, fasting giving a good impact towards our healthy. According to fasting help with our
mental health. Fasting may help reduce anxiety and depression without increasing fatigue. This is
because we feel free and no need to think what we have to do after this like other month or the day
we not fasting. When we fasting, there is many free time which means we do not think what we
want to eat, what we want to cook without feeling stress. We can fill the time with a good things for
ourselves and surroundings. Through it, we can improve mental clarity and focus, and promote a
sense of discipline and self-control. At the same time, we can be punctual as well. For example, we
need to break the fast when it comes to azan and we must eat and stop when it comes to azan as
well. So, fasting in Ramadhan give a positive impact for all muslim.

In conclusion, we know that fasting in Ramadhan have many of benefits in all aspects. It is not only
good for our spiritual but also good for our healthy. As a muslim, we need to be grateful in being a
muslim and obey to our creator. Plus, it will be more positively if we invite other people around us to
do so.
