Cleopatra’s Ruling.

Cleopatra was the first born her family following dynasties she was the first born so
therefore became the next pharaoh. In 51 BC she was named pharaoh by then she was 18
years old and she ruled for 21 years. She was part of the Macedonian Dynasty which ruled
roughly for 189 years before the roman empire took over. She was born in January 69 BC.
Cleopatra’s Family

She was married to Ptolemy XIV Philopator, Ptolemy XIII Theos Philopator and
Mark Anatony, two of them her own brothers. She had two sisters Arsinoe IV and
Berenice IV. Her father was Ptomely XII Auletes, and her mother was Cleopatra V.
Her pharoah name was Cleopatra VII Thea Philopator. She had four children
Cleopatra Selene II, Caesarion, Ptolemy Philadelphus and Alexander Helios.
Cleopatra’s accomplishments
Cleopatra was the last pharaoh in egypt to ever live before the roman empire took
over. She spoke Egyption, Ethiopian, Hebrew (Amaraic), Arabic, Syriac, Median,
Parthian, Latin and Koine Greek. She mostly preferred to speak in Koine Greek. She
influenced and formed good relationships with the political alliances like Julius
Caesar and Mark Anatony. She led a fleet at the Naval battle of Actium.
