On behalf of the Government of Maharashtra, the Additional Commissioner of Police, Motor

Transport, Mumbai invites On-line ‘E’-Tenders from Authorized Supplier, Manufacturer, Authorized
Distributor/Dealers for Supply of following material require for Repair & Maintenance Police Vehicles from
Mumbai City and Suburban area, Thane City & Navi Mumbai Jurisdiction (For One Years from the date
of Sanction of this e-tender). In case of emergency Tenderer should supply this material within 24 hrs. In
case of non-supply, tenderer is liable for action stipulated in the Para No.19 & 20 of Tender Terms &
Conditions. Details along with the Terms & Conditions and General Instructions to the Tenders is attached

2. Bidding documents can be seen, downloaded & submitted from the websites http://mahatenders.gov.in
mentioned above from date 14/02/2024 hrs.11.00 to date 27/02/2024 hrs.11.00.

3. Tender form Fees & Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) should be paid online. The tender Cost/fee should
not be mixed with EMD amount. Required documents should be submitted online in technical envelope in
.rar format. Bid shall be treated as invalid if the above scanned copies are not submitted online along with
the Bid on or before date 27/02/2024 hrs.11.00. Other documents if any should submit either by hand
delivery or Registered Post on working day before opening of the Technical Bid.

4. If possible, Technical bids will be opened online on Date 28/02/2024 Hrs 11:00 at The office of
Additional Commissioner of Police, Motor Transport, Shepherd Road, Nagpada, Mumbai on

5. Tenderer should submit original Documents i.e. hard copies (those were uploaded during bid preparation)
for verification at the time of technical bid opening.

6. Tenderer should submit information & scanned copies in pdf(.rar) format in Technical tender as

7. Tenderer should upload Final Rate (including CGST/SGST Tax) in BOQ Form Online.
8. The notifications regarding Government Taxations i.e. CGST/SGST etc. will be applied as per

9. Time and date of opening of financial bids will be informed to the qualified bidder.

10. Tenderers should have valid class II /III Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) obtained from any
