Dear Chief Medical Director,

Request for Clinical Placement for Nwabude Obianuju Prisca

I am writing to request a clinical placement for Nwabude Obianuju Prisca, a female graduand from the Nnamdi Azikewe
University, College of Health Sciences, Nnewi, Anambra State. She is a registered member of the Professional Association
of Practicing Clinical Physiologists in Nigeria (PAPCPN).
As a Professional Association of Practicing Clinical Physiologists in Nigeria (PAPCPN), we are committed to promoting
excellence in the field of Clinical Physiology. We recognize the importance of posting graduands of Human Physiology
to hospitals for their clinical experience, as it provides them with the opportunity to gain sufficient practical experience,
apply their knowledge in a real-world setting, and contribute to the improvement of healthcare delivery.

I kindly request that you provide Nwabude Obianuju Prisca with a clinical placement for a minimum duration of six
months and a maximum of one year. She has been issued a clinical placement logbook, and it is essential that she acquires
clinical physiology experience to fulfill the requirements of her degree program.
As a graduand of Nnamdi Azikewe University, College of Health Sciences, Nnewi, Anambra State, and an aspiring
professional member of PAPCPN, Nwabude Obianuju Prisca has acquired a comprehensive theoretical and practical
foundation in human physiology. However, to develop the necessary clinical skills and gain real-world experience, it is
crucial for her to undergo a clinical placement at a reputable healthcare facility like yours.
I kindly request that during the clinical placement, Nwabude Obianuju Prisca is accorded all the recognition and support
she deserves as a graduand of Nnamdi Azikewe University, College of Health Sciences, Nnewi, Anambra State, and as
an aspiring professional member of PAPCPN. This includes the opportunity to actively participate in relevant clinical
physiology activities, receive guidance from experienced professionals, and engage in all applicable professional
development opportunities.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and I look forward to a positive response.

Yours sincerely,

Mary C. Obiechina,
Secretary General,
PAPCPN
