Rahman, and I am a urologist from Indonesia. With almost 2 years of experience in daily practice
and various procedures, I have further honed my skills and dedicated myself to Urologic
Oncology in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital. This hospital serves as a national referral center
hospital in Indonesia and is affiliated with the primary teaching hospital for Faculty of Medicine,
University of Indonesia.

Motivated by my commitment to both Urology Department and University of Indonesia, as well

as my passion for continuous growth, learning, and expanding my knowledge, I am writing to
express my interest in pursuing a doctoral degree. Specifically, I am keen on specializing in the
field of genomic oncology and precision medicine in urological cancer. I strongly believe that
this area of research holds significant importance both in the present and future. Having
witnessed the impact of genetic mutations on cancer development, I am convinced that
addressing these issues is vital for effective urological cancer management.
