APPLICATION FOR RELEASE/SPONSORSHIP FOR THE TRIANING

WORKSHOP FOR PRECEPTORS OF NURSING AND MIDWIFERY
STUDENTS/INTERNS IN CLINICAL SETTINGS.

I wish to apply for sponsorship, for the training of preceptors of nursing and midwifery
students/interns in clinical settings scheduled for 18 th – 23rd July, 2023 by the Nursing
and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, for South East zone. The training is to take place in
Enugu.

However, I deem this program good as it will enable me acquire more knowledge and
skill that will help me serve the hospital better. It will also help to promote and
maintain excellence in nursing education and practice in F.N.H.E .

I will be grateful if my request is granted. Attached are the workshop/training details.

I wish to apply for sponsorship on examiners’ workshop organized by nursing and
midwifery council of Nigeria scheduled to take place from 31st July – 4th August,
2023. Meanwhile the program will enhance my academic knowledge thereby
promoting and maintaining excellence in Nursing education/practice in F.N.H.E in
particular.
