2. Briefly describe the scenario.

The patient is only awaiting a hemodialysis schedule. The patient stated that her
hemodialysis would begin on September 13, 2023. The patient is currently relaxing but
not sleeping well. Because he had water in his lungs, he sat down to sleep. His sister
assists her with eating and using the restroom.

2. What have you learned from it? (you may include your experience and conclusion)

I discovered several new things about what nurses do. I was absolutely
overwhelmed since there were so many fresh subjects and things for us to learn about.
It brought home to me just how draining nursing job can be on the body and the mind. I
could still recall how to create TPR sheets, FDARs, and physical evaluations. It's made
me realize how much I still need to learn before I can be a nurse, and how unprepared I
really am.

3. What enhancement can you propose to improve the clinical affiliation?

By enabling learners who are unfamiliar with the technology to understand the
comprehensive process, the system can assist in the learning process. Furthermore,
the system provides learning resources on demand, thus creating an independent and
stress-free learning environment.

3. Briefly describe the scenario.

The patient is now scheduled for hemodialysis. Before she went to the
hemodialysis room, I took her vital signs and accompanied her to the hemodialysis
room. Hemodialysis ended at 9 p.m. and lasted 3 hours. I took his vital signs again
every hour after she came back.

2. What have you learned from it? (you may include your experience and conclusion)

I learned quite a few fresh things about what nurses do. Since there were so
many novel topics and activities for us to learn about, I was completely overwhelmed. It
made me realize how physically and mentally taxing working as a nurse can be. I still
had no trouble remembering how hemodialysis operates or how to make TPR sheets,
FDARs, or physical exams. I've come to understand how much I still need to know in
order to be a nurse and how unprepared I truly am as a result.

3. What enhancement can you propose to improve the clinical affiliation?

The system can help with learning by making it easier for students to comprehend the
comprehensive procedure who are not familiar with the technology. A stress-free
learning environment is also created through the system's provision of learning
resources on demand.
