Problem Clarification
When I attempt to access the Server Edition Platform View on port 7071, the page timeouts for both Primary and Secondary servers.

Cause
The issue started after loading new PLDS licence file, and then reloading old one as new one was not correct.

Solution
Connected via SSH and logged in as Root user.
Restarted webcontrol service by running this command;
service webcontrol restart

repeated on Secondary server as well, we then where able to log into Platform View on port 7071 on both servers.
