Step 1: Request for VPN access from ITcare portal

Step 2 : Connect to external Wi-Fi then open any browser ( google chrome etc..)
Step3 : Type the URL ( https://vpn.basamh.com) in google search
Step 3 : Type your username ( employee username ) ,and your password (windows password ),

Step 4: click on Download Windows 64 bit Global Protect agent .

Step 5: after the installation, click on (globalprotect.msi ) on download folder

You will find it in

the download

Step 6 : click next , until the installation is complete .

step 7: In portal address enter ( vpn.basamh.com )
