As per the Cabin Crew Operator Training Agreement:

It is the student’s responsibility to source suitable accommodation for the
duration of the course at the expense of the student. The company will
provide a list of accommodation options near the Bergamo technical center
however the student must liaise directly with the 3rd party accommodation
providers. Crewlink do not have an association with 3rd party
accommodation providers and accept no responsibility for
unsatisfactory accommodation.

The rate includes:

 Cleaning of the room twice a week;

 Linen change once a week (extra change upon request: € 5,00);
 Towels change once a week (extra change upon request: € 5,00);
 Reception 24/7;
 Free wi-fi.

Breakfast service:

Breakfast is NOT included in the room rate but is available every day from 06.00 am to 10.00 am:
 OFFER: Full buffet breakfast: € 8,00
Shuttle bus service:

 The Hotel offers a shuttle bus service to BGY Airport in the morning (the cost is € 5.00 per room and
it’s available, upon request, from 04.30 am until 08.30 am). For any other time / way, we can organize
private transfers on payment – rates upon request.

Security deposit:
At the moment of the check-in, each guest will be asked € 500,00 as security deposit, i.e. as a
guarantee to the hotel to avoid any kind of unpleasant situation, in compliance with the set of
information and rules given to students themselves .The deposit will be given back at check-out after
a check of the room made together with the housekeeper. In case of damages, anomalies or lacks,
the property reserves the right to keep the deposit, in part or full, or claim extra financial
compensation for the same.
